Condition

An attractive lamp in overall good condition. The bronze has an even, slightly mottled green/brown patina. The 'Turtle Back' tiles display very slight signs of wear but are of good, bright appearance. These tiles have a larger colour range than suggested by the catalogue illustration. There are some damaged panes to the shade, particularly in the border below the vine frieze. One pane in this area may be a replacement. The lamp appears to have been converted from an oil lamp to electricity. Not tested or guaranteed for electricity. A good example, ready for use.
