walnut and marquetry inlaid, of slender form, the stepped rectangular top above a glazed door, the interior inlaid with a cherry blossom branch on a graded background, above an inlaid cupboard door, the sides with further inlay

Condition

A decorative piece of good overall condition. Interior with a light fitting, not tested or guaranteed for electricity. The rectangular stepped top of the cabinet has three apparently original holes to each corner. These holes are likely to be ventilation holes for the light fitting. Old marks and scratches consistent with age and use. With three adjustable glass shelves. Very minor traces of old woodworm to the base and feet, consistent with age and nature of timber. With one key. A practical piece, ready for use.
