Condition
Original canvas. There are a few areas of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to the extreme upper edge and two flecks to the lower centre. This work is in overall very good condition, with a strong, clean surface and rich colours. Held in a decorative, carved, dark wood frame with a gold-painted plaster beaded accent.
