Condition
Original canvas. There are no signs of retouching under ultraviolet light, and apart from a few areas of craquelure, notably to the upper left corner, this work is in very good condition, with luminous tones and fine detail, and ready to hang. Held in a wide, decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
