Condition
STRUCTURE
The canvas has been lined.
PAINT SURFACE
The painting would appear to be in very good condition. There is a layer of mildly discoloured and opaque varnish overall. Otherwise there is no apparent damage to the painting.
ULTRAVIOLET
Examination under ultraviolet light reveals very minor retouching along the lower edge of the canvas. Further examination is obstructed by the opacity of the varnish.
