Condition

This work is in very good condition. The copper plates are all in very sound condition. The upper sides have naturally darkened over time and have relatively few faint scattered spots of oxidation and discoloration overall, as is consistent to exposure over time, as well as minor slight scuffing as is to be expected from normal wear of the artist's floor pieces. The work was exhibited on a sheltered outdoor terrace at the Kaiser-Wilhelm Museum so the undersides show deeper scratches from installation and water drips around the edges.
