Condition

Colours : The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original. Condition: There are some fibres adhering to the surface and some drying cracks in places along the edges of the raised relief section which are inherent to the artist's choice of medium. There is paint lifting and specks of paint loss to the 6th step from the bottom right and three spots of very light discolouration resulting from the knots in the wood located on the 2nd and 4th step from the bottom right. There are a few very fine unobtrusive scratches to the mirrored side edges. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
