Colours:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original with the sheet tending more towards ivory and faint horizontal hues of red to the sky.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is a light undulation to the sheet which is securely attached to the backing mount on the reverse. There are several scattered pencil traces showing through in the composition, inherent to the artist's working process. There is some very light wear to the four extreme corner tips, resulting in an isolated speck of media loss to the bottom left extreme corner tip.
