Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is warmer and richer, with the pale green in the top right-hand corner tending more towards aquamarine and the pale blue in the top left-hand corner tending towards turquoise in the original. The illustration does not fully convey the collage effect of the work. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are two artist's pinholes in the bottom right-hand corner. There are some small fly-spots and minute spots of foxing scattered in places throughout the composition. There is creasing and light wear to all four corner tips and in places along the extreme edges as well as in some places scattered throughout the composition, original to the work's execution. There is light undulation throughout the composition, predominantly in the bottom section, and light creasing to the top right corner tip.
