Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although they are brighter and more saturated in the original. The outer orange section has a warmer tone and the outer brown is more prominent and differentiated from the orange surrounding it. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is light wear to the corners and in some places along the extreme edges, as well as a further spot of light wear to the bottom right-hand corner of the centre square. There is a very light rub mark to the extreme bottom right corner and one to the orange paint towards the centre of the right-hand edge. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals areas that fluoresce to the white paint in the upper right hand corner and in places along the left, right and bottom edges.
