Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the green painted hues in the gauged areas, and to the right bottom half of the sphere.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are a few tiny losses in some places around the gauged areas, most of which are visible in the catalogue illustration. There are two scratches towards the lower left half of the sphere, as well as two vertical rub marks to the reverse upper half. There is a tiny spot of loss on one side of the sphere towards the centre.
