Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and more vibrant in the original, with the yellow tending more towards sunflower yellow and the orange to flourescent orange in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are scattered and unobtrusive very faint accretions on the surface. There is some evidence of light frame rubbing in places to all four extreme edges. There is slight evidence of liquid accretion in the lower right. There is a 60cm vertical abrasion located about 20cm down from the top, starting just above the red stripe. There is a rub mark to the lower centre of the left edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
