Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the red tends more towards a dark cherry red in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a small vertical scratch to the red Plexiglas on the back of the work and two fine short scratches to the left interior on the bottom of the scuplture.

Catalogue Note
"I like the colour and I like the quality of cadmium red light. And then, also, I thought for a colour it had the light value for a three dimensional object.... The box with the Plexiglas inside in an attempt to make a definite second surface. The inside is radically different from the outside. While the outside is definite and rigorous, the inside is indefinite. The interior appears to be larger than the exterior."
