Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant, with the red tending more towards bright cherry red and the flowers to pink in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are a few tiny paper residues in places along the top, bottom and left edges. There is a tiny media accretion in the bottom left hand corner. There are breaks to the impasto peaks in the flowers visible only upon very close inspection. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
