Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly darker in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. It is hinged to the backing board in a few places along the top edge. There are artist's pin holes in all four corners and undulation to the sheet throughout. There is a minute tear to the upper centre of the right extreme edge and a pin head-sized puncture mark towards the centre of the left edge. Both are visible only upon very close inspection. There are two shallow creases in the lower left and right hand quadrants and a few light handling marks and light wear along the top edge, probably original to the work's execution.
