Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate though the overall tonality is much brighter and more vibrant in the original with the pink tending more to fluorescent pink in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a very light layer of dust adhering to the surface throughout and several extremely fine, faint and stable matrices of craquelure throughout, particularly to the areas of black paint. There is a minute chip to the paint on the lower edge of the front foot area on a blue patch of pigment. There is a small media accretion to the base of the tongue, only visible upon close inspection.
