Condition
Original canvas is sound. Some minor frame abrasion and associated paint loss to the edges. Some craquelure throughout, most noticable to the figure's dress. There is a small vertical line of retouching covering some damage above the tambourine, which is visible to the naked eye. Otherwise in good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals a scattering of retouching throughout, most noticable to the skyline and to the figure's right foot. Held in an ornate, gold-painted, composite frame with name plaque.
