Condition
An Architectural Sketch:
The sheet is sound. Secured to the mount in two places at the upper edge. There are pin holes to all four corners and some minor incosistencies to the extreme edges. There is some very minor surface dirt to the work which could benefit from a light clean. Otherwise in good overall condition. Unframed.
An Elevation Sketch:
The sheet is sound. Secured to the mount at the upper and lower edges. There is a minor stain to the lower left corner and some discolouration towards the edge of the right hand section. Further ares of minor discolouration running vertically down the central section and left hand edge. There is some very minor surface dirt to the work which could benefit from a light clean. Otherwise in good overall condition. Unframed.
