  • 37 by 36 1/2 in. 94 by 92.7 cm.
depicting in multicolored tesserae within a square border a wicker basket of rounded form filled with blossoms(?).

Michigan private collection, acquired in Lebanon in the late 1960s/early 1970s

Condition

tesserae set in heavy concrete slab within rusty steel frame, tesserae in upper right corner probably replaced, surface is stained in areas and appears to have been waxed
