Condition
The painting is in overall good condition, as is the lacquer, with neither cracking nor warping on the panel.
Examination under ultraviolet light shows three spots of retouching on right shoulder of girl and a spot of retouching on hair of girl on the left.
Paint layers are stable and intact.
Colours are less yellow compared to the catalogue illustration.
