Condition

There is a minor surface scratch to the upper left edge. There are several minute flecks of chipped paint towards the centre of the left edge. Otherwise the work appears to be in its original condition. Under glass and held in a gilt wood and plaster frame with a hessian boarder. Unexamined out of its frame. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no evidence of retouching.
