Description

  • height 10 1/2 in.
  • 26.7 cm
painted with two maidens in a landscape beneath a gilt laurel leaf and berry swag reserved on a lustrous pale green ground, affixed with a gilt scroll handle, the cover with a fruit-form knop, pseudo shield mark in red. Some restoration.

Condition

The knop has been off, restord back and regilt. The bundle has been broken off and restored at the top where it joins the body and aross the bottom above the terminus. Some minor wear to gilt flange of the pot where the cover sets.
