A Palatial size "Carl Thieme" painted porcelain lidded Urn Dresden, circa 1895

the lidded finial with the figure of seated Flora, the baluster shaped two-handled vase painted to the front with eighteenth century companions amongst a fruiting garland, the back with a flower bouquet within conforming garlands, marked Dresden with a monogram in underglaze blue to the underside of the base. 

Overall in good condition. Gilt highlights worn in places. Very minor chip to flower encrusted garland. There is a long hairline crack to the porcelain vase running vertically from the vase shoulder to the upper third consistent with firing.
