  • 84 cm
the lid with gilt highlight decoration surmounted by a pinecone finial and inscribed to the reverse with interlaced L and D, the body painted by and signed Lucot depicting eighteenth century courtesans in a garden by a lakeside.

Condition

Good condition overall. Wear to gilt highlights and wear to rim of vase. The gilt-bronze base with no trace of gilding and some minor patched repairs around ceramic feet at base.
