of pentagonal form, elaborately decorated with enameled female figures in classical dress, gargoyles and putti, and surmounted by a figure of Father Time, the lower part formed of lapis lazuli panels centered by a small circular dial with Roman chapter and four roundels depicting George slaying the dragon, marked on steeple, base rim and roundel frames, with fitted leather case

split to underside of base but not visible from exterior, very minor losses to enamel and lapis, good condition
