decorated on the front in white on a pea-green slip ground, by Marc Louis Solon, mongrammed MLS, with a blind cherub begging beside a roadside marker, beneath gilt-outlined stylised foliate patterns in coral and brown slip on the neck and shoulders, impressed MINTON, year cypher and shape number 1384. Repaired chip to foot.

Condition

There is an approximate 1 by 1/2 inch re-glued chip to the foot, (visible in catalogue illustration) beneath and to the left of the figural panel; some wear to the black enamel pattern on each handle and to the black line borders around the gilt rim and foot.
