mahogany and parcel gilt, with griffin monopodia

Condition

Tidy and Decorative but there are sold old scratches to the top, indents and chippings and to a lesser extent on the top of the base. The front rim of the top with partial splitting. The drawer side linings join the drawer front with screw fittings and not dovetails. Gilt components generally good. This table is probably re-constructed and as a consequence the date guarentee has been removed from the cataloguing of this lot and a saleroom notice issued accordingly.
