ink on paper, hanging scroll, 93 x 35cm., 36 1/2 x 13 3/4 in., together with:  LU DEZHI (1585-1660), BAMBOO AND ROCK, ink on paper, hanging scroll, 120 x 34cm., 47 1/4 x 13 1/2 in; DONG HUA, ORCHIDS, ink on paper, hanging scroll, 96 x 22.5cm., 37 3/4 x 9in; and FEI CHENGWU (b.1914), ORCHID, ink and colour on paper, hanging scroll, 44.5 x 27cm., 17 1/2 x 10 1/2 in.

Condition

Zheng Xie (attr.): - Several small areas of loss and holes to paper. - Light foxing. - Some wear to the edges. Lu Dezhi: - Overall fair condition. - Light foxing and creasing. - Some wear to edges. Chen Huanong: - Small areas of loss and repair. - Due to ageing the silk has turned into a dim tone. Fei Chengyu: - Not mounted as a hanging scroll - Fair overall condition apart from overall foxing.
