of archaistic flattened hu form, the oval section pear-shaped body cast in relief with entwined taotie-inspired strapwork terminating in dragon heads, the raised sections inlaid in gold and silver with spirals and geometric designs, enclosed by borders of wave and cloud motifs on the waisted foot and neck, flanked at the shoulders by with zoomorphic mask loop handles, the interior with an archaistic inscription in seal script, the bronze patinated to a dark brown tone with simulated malachite encrustation
