Condition
STRUCTURE
This picture is relined and in good condition with rich colours throughout. There are no signs of craquelure and the paint surface appears to be stable throughout. The picture is clean and ready to hang.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
There are minor flecked retouchings o the panelling at the top of the walls and two small areas of more extensive retouching; on the girl's dress and the lower left edge of the step.
FRAME
This picture is contained in a plaster moulded frame.
