Condition

STRUCTURE These two pictures are both unlined and in good condition with clear colouring and stable paint surface. There are no signs of craquelure on either picture and they are ready to hang. UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT There are retouchings to the sky in both pictures, probably to infill craqulure. These retouchings are not visible to the naked eye and have been well executed. FRAME These pictures are contained in matching moulded plaster frames.
