Condition
The panel appears sound. The lines of the grain are faintly visible through the paint surface and there are a few fine lines of cracking to the paint surface in places. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals retouching to the whole of the sky and also to the craquelure. Held in a modern wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
