Description

  • 26.5 by 28.5 by 26cm., 10½ by 11¼ by 10¼ in
of teremok form containing lower and upper compartments, the upper lid centred with a finely carved rosette, the wood carcass overlaid with panels of ivory over green coloured metal foil, pierced and engraved with ribbon-tied swags and floral ornament, on bracket feet

Condition

There are cracks and minor losses to the ivory panels. The foil in generally good condition. Light wear consistent with age to the ivory corners of the box. Some restoration to the upper section. Support ribbon a little worn. The original keys are missing.
