There is a 1/2-inch tear at the left sheet edge, and a skillfully repaired paper loss (1 1/2 by 1/2 inch) and a horizontal crease at the upper left sheet corner. There is a diagonal crease at the upper right sheet edge, a central horizontal fold, and surface soiling on the verso.
