Description

  • Roy Lichtenstein
  • American Indian Theme IV (C. 163)
  • 724 by 711 mm 28 1/2 by 28 in
Woodcut and lithograph printed in colors, 1980, signed in pencil, dated and numbered 27/50 (total edition includes 18 artist's proofs), on handmade Suzuki paper, with the blindstamp of the publisher, Tyler Graphics, Ltd., with full margins, in good condition, framed

Condition

The colors are fresh and the print is in good condition. There is a small dark paper fiber in the lower left margin that is not a defect but rather an imperfection inherent in the handmade paper. An very soft vertical crease at the upper right sheet edge is unobtrusive.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
