Mezzotint printed in colors, 1956, signed in pencil and inscribed 'épreuve d'artiste 1/5', a proof aside from the numbered edition of 50, on wove paper, with full margins, in good condition apart from mat stain in the margins and on the verso, framed
Condition
This is a nice impression and the condition within the plate is good. The paper tone in the margins and on the verso has darkened due to exposure to an acidic mat. This is darkest at the mat opening. Additionally, there are remains of masking tape in four spots along the sheet edges on the reverse.
