Two copies of the book, 1960, comprising 25 lithographs (one forming the cover), with title-page, text in French and English by Gaston Bachelard, and justification, from an unnumbered edition, published by Verve, Paris, the full sheets as issued; together with The Lithographs of Marc Chagall, vols. II-IV, all in generally good condition, apart from occasional minor soiling
Condition
The two Dessin pour le Bible in generally good condition, the bindings slightly scuffed and chipped. Vols. III and IV of the Chagall lithographs in excellent condiiton in slip cases, vol. II with stain on cover affecting edges of sheets.
