GEM-SET AND DIAMOND DEMI-PARURE

Comprising: a necklace set in the centre with a bezel-set heart-shaped ruby, sapphire and yellow sapphire, within a ballerina setting of tapered baguette diamonds, on an articulated strand composed of oval coloured sapphires alternately-set with tapered baguette diamond clusters, length approximately 420mm; and a pair of matching ear clips, each composed of a similarly-set heart-shaped ruby and yellow sapphire, clip and post fittings; and the ring en suite; the coloured sapphires and rubies altogether weighing approximately 31.50 carats and diamonds approximately 32.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold. Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the heart-shaped rubies are of medium to medium dark, slightly purplish red colour; yellow sapphires are of medium to medium dark, slightly orangy yellow colour; and sapphires are of medium to medium dark blue colour. The oval-shaped gemstones are generally of similar colour, but lighter tone. All colour gems are clean to naked eyes and have good brilliance. The tapered baguette diamonds are probably of H to I colours, VS clarity. The central section on necklace with three hearts is detachable. Condition: Signs of wear and very minor scratches to the mount, otherwise in good condition.
