Set at the front with a Roman tetradrachm depicting the profile of Elio Gabalo (218-222), within a bezel set with brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, on a necklace of filed curb linking, mounted in yellow gold,

Condition

Stamped 750 for gold. Engraved to the reverse Roma Elio Gabalo 218-222 Tetradramm Bulgari. Total diamond weight approximately 1.90 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity. Signs of wear and scratches to the gold commensurate with age. Clasp secure, with a safety catch. Little tarnish to the coin, in good condition.
