Condition

The sculpture is in excellent condition. The polished onyx displays a distinctive network of veining that is inherent in the stone creating a mottled translucent surface. No scratches or abrasions were noted on the surface. Minor particles of dirt can be seen in some of the veins that are on the surface. The sculpture is structurally sound.
