seated, its body curled slightly to the right, looking around for danger as it grasps a terrified captured monkey beneath one fore paw, one hind leg forming the himotoshi, the slightly worn ivory bears a good colour and the eye pupils are inlaid, signed in a rectangular reserve Tomotada
