The ferocious blood-red six-armed and four-legged Hyagriva stepping in pratyalidha trampling snakes on a lotus pedestal, clasping his prajna  Vajravarahi with his primary hands holding the vajra and ghanta behind her back, three green horse heads appearing from his flaming hair, the winged deity wearing a flayed elephant skin cape, a tiger skin loin cloth and snake jewelry, surrounded by his manifestations and entourage, with Drukpa Kagyu monks and lineage above, identified by inscriptions.
