Very good condition. Original canvas. Impasto is well-preserved. Under UV light, a few pinhead-size dots of inpainting in background, particularly to the right of the figure in top half. There is also inpainting along the left edge to address frame abrasion and a 1-inch long stroke 2 inches left of the top of the neck.
