Condition
The canvas is not lined. There are intermittent small spots of retouching to all four edges, visible under UV light and probably to cover previous frame-rubbing. There is a 1cm. sq. area of retouching to the bottom left corner above the date, also visible under UV light. Apart from two lines of retouching to the bowl, a nailhead-sized spot just below and some overall stable craquelure, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate although deeper and richer in the original.
