Condition
The panel is sound. There is a thick layer of varnish preventing UV light from penetrating to the paint surface. There appear to be some lines of retouching horizontal to the left of the top edge, faintly visible under UV light. Apart from some light frame rubbing to all four corners, this work appears to be in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate although deeper in the original.
