  • inscribed A. Rodin (on top of base), A. Rudier Fondeur. Paris (on side of base), raised signature A. Rodin (to underside of cast)
  • bronze with dark brown and mottled green patina mounted on a wood plinth
  • Height: 6 in. by Depth 6 in. by Width 6 in.
  • 15.1 by 15.2 by 15.3 cm.
  • Model conceived in 1895, the reduction realized circa 1900; this example cast in 1943, one of five casts of this version produced between 1941-43 by Alexis Rudier.
