with faceted knopped lapis lazuli handle, the gold collar cast and chased with waterlily leaves above an eagle's claw, its talons grasping the oval matrix mount, the lapis lazuli matrix engraved with the post-1837 British Royal coat of arms

Condition
Execellent condition with minor wear to the matrix. There is a naturally occurring fissure at a white band of the stone handle. Some polish residue.
