- mirror 29cm, 11 1/2 long
with diamond-set monogram EDB, comprising: two hand brushes, a hand mirror, two clothes brushes, two combs, two gold-mounted glass bottles, a shaped oval box with hinged cover, a circular box with detachable cover, a gold and silver-plated shoe horn, a gold and silver-plated button hook, a small tray with engraved initials E.D.B, all in a green leather fitted case with velvet interior
Condition
An attractive and stylish group in good overall condition. Light scratches and a few minor dents overall, especially where handles rest on surfaces. Bases of boxes have some wear to the gilding. Glass jars with a few minor fleabites to the edges. The mirror glass with some minor foxing. Monograms on the two combs are not gem-set. Some pieces stamped with design registry numbers.
