Condition

Overall good condition. The vessel with scratches, minor nicks and a few minor stains throughout. The interior with surface dirt. The very bottom of the edge of the base with a loss extending approximately two inches. This is an ancient loss as there is a significant amount of surface dirt and patina to the exposed natural wood. The top rim of the piece with some surface scratches, chips and dings. With two areas of darker coloration that appear inherent in the making and not a later restoration. Approximately 3 inches below the rim there is an area of impact to the side measuring less than ΒΌ inch. This looks like a slight depression with a crack to finish around the perimeter.
