Overall very good original condition. The frame of the chair and ottoman with surface scratches, surface dirt and nicks. Rubbing to finish along the top of the arms. The upholstery of the chair with minor fading from exposure to sun, soiling and wear. There is a large portion of the upholstery that has been lost and therefore the entire upholstery should be replaced.
